Coyle’s was founded in 1985 by Marty and Janice Coyle.
In 2017, John and Kathy took over ownership of the store. As it was then, it still is today. They maintained the same lovable 1950s theme when they renovated. The ice cream today is every bit as fresh and delicious as it was 36 years ago. John’s favorite flavor is “Holy Cannoli”. The best selling flavor is chocolate-raspberry truffle, a blend of chocolate ice cream with raspberry sauce and punctuated with chocolate chunks. The runner up is monster mash, which is chocolate ice cream with broken waffle cones, caramel, peanut butter, crunchy topping, and marshmallow.
